“I really enjoyed your presentation this morning. It was very informative, interactive, and well paced. The content and topics were appropriate for the age group. Kids especially enjoy getting involved, sharing their thoughts, and getting up in front of their peers.” – Mrs. E, Middle School Teacher, Burlington, MA

“I went to your Query, Plot Building, and Synopsis workshops, and I was blown away by all that you did for those of us there. I’ve been to several Pennwriters Conferences, and your workshops were honestly some of the most helpful and inspiring that I have ever been to. The way you gave us practical starting points, had us work with them, then came out and helped us en masse was just wonderful. And I have been to workshops run by older and more seasoned writers/workshop leaders which were not run as efficiently as yours. And your passion and enthusiasm were contagious.”  – G.L. Workshop Attendee, Lancaster, Pennsylvania

“Thank you for a terrific workshop at Hooray! I found your plot exercises and worksheet highly informative and useful. You inspired me to pick up a copy of “Save the Cat!” Both resources have helped me to begin building my MG novel back up from scratch. You motivated me to try harder and ask the tough structural questions that have thwarted me in the past. (Thank you!)  Please let me know if you offer another workshop at Hooray! I would be happy to recommend your workshops to the other local writers. And, of course, I would love to attend as well.” – Katie, Workshop Attendee, Alexandria, VA
